4.检查80 443 端口是否被占用

5.安装配置hysteria,包括证书

mkdir /home/hysteria
vim /etc/hysteria/config.yaml

6.开放hysteria端口
7.自有域名赋予普通用户低端口权限：

setcap cap_net_bind_service=+ep /usr/local/bin/hysteria

8.启动hysteria
